The core of my training concept is developing young horses into confident and motivated sport partners without overwhelming them in the training process. For decades I have been looking for effective methods to keep my horses mentally and physically healthy. By chance, I came across the concept of "Horse Tensegrity Training", which fits perfectly with / to my philosophy.

The goal of Horse Tensegrity Training is to harmonize the myofascial network in order to have healthy, rideable and, above all, satisfied horses.

The myofascial network connects all structures (muscles, ligaments, fascia) with each other. Dysfunctions in a part of the myofascial system therefore affect the entire tensegral system, as tensions (kinematic traits) and false tensions are transmitted via muscle, ligament and fascia structures to almost every area of the body and can lead to various issues (e.g., lameness, behavioral disorders, poor rideability).

Fascial dysfunction can be caused by injuries, genetic disposition or even faulty training but can be fully remedied with the help of the treatment options of Horse Tensegrity Training, which otherwise could lead to health issues (e.g., lameness, behavioral disorders, poor rideability).

In the ideal case we can help a horse, by restoring harmony within the myofascial network, to reach its full athletic potential.
